Review reports

To report an abusive review, open the review's in-app menu and choose Report review. You can also block a reviewer without removing their content for everyone else.

Takedown requests and appeals

For a content complaint, copyright takedown request, moderation appeal, or privacy concern, email the address below. Include the attraction and review involved, the reason for your request, relevant supporting information, and a way to contact you. Do not include passwords, payment information, or unnecessary personal information.

Moderation questions

If you believe your review was rejected or removed incorrectly, email the address below and identify the attraction and review. Chamoun may review the moderation decision and any supporting information you provide, but submitting an appeal does not automatically restore the review.
