Chamoun reviews help travelers make informed choices. Share honest experiences, respect other people, and keep personal information private. Reviews are checked before publication and may be reported after they appear.

Be respectful and safe

Do not post harassment, bullying, hate, discrimination, threats, sexual or explicit content, dangerous or violent content, or material that promotes illegal activity.

Protect personal information

Do not share email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, payment details, private account information, or other personal information about yourself or another person.

Share genuine travel experiences

Reviews must be relevant to the attraction and based on a genuine experience or opinion. Do not impersonate another person, post fake or manipulated reviews, coordinate ratings, repeat the same content, advertise, solicit, or add promotional links.

Post only what you may share

Do not copy copyrighted text or other protected material unless you created it or have permission to use it.

Moderation

Chamoun may reject, hide, or remove reviews that violate these guidelines, the Terms, law, or safety requirements. Serious or repeated violations may lead to suspended review privileges or account restrictions. Automated checks assist moderation but do not guarantee every violation will be detected.

Report, block, or appeal

Use the menu on a review to report it or block the reviewer. Blocking hides that traveler's reviews from you without deleting them globally. For content complaints, copyright concerns, moderation appeals, or privacy questions, contact support@chamountravel.com.
